Protect your organization’s Intune configuration with TenuVault Pro at no cost. Nonprofits in every country can apply. We review your organization’s status using evidence recognized in its home country.

Approved organizations receive the same available features and limits as paid Pro: 2 organization tenants, up to 5 installations per tenant, daily backups, Azure storage support, and email support. Your own Azure storage costs remain your responsibility.

Provide an official registry link or nonprofit registration number. If these are unavailable, explain your situation and we will follow up. Local recognition documents and evidence in your country’s language are welcome. A website or organization email helps, but neither is required.

What happens next

  1. Submit your organization’s details and evidence.
  2. We verify nonprofit recognition and your connection to the organization, then reply by email.
  3. After approval, we arrange Pro access for your organization’s verified tenants.

An application does not automatically grant a license. The offer is for the nonprofit’s own operations. An IT provider may assist the nonprofit, but cannot use its free license for other clients. We may periodically ask you to reconfirm eligibility.

If there is no public registry entry or registration number, explain how we can verify your nonprofit status. Evidence in your local language is welcome. Do not include passwords, tokens, personal identification documents, or tenant exports.

We send your application through Resend to support@ugurlabs.com to assess eligibility and contact you. Read our privacy policy. Documents can be requested by email if needed.
